Coding Workshop For Kids Who Are Complete Beginners

Coding is a fascinating topic for kids to study, along with one of the best skills for the modern world. With our workshops, even complete beginners can easily start to master coding and programming.

Did you know that one of the oldest programming languages was Fortran? It was developed in the 1950s for scientific and engineering computations.

Meanwhile, one of the first computer programmers was a woman called Ada Lovelace, an English mathematician. She wrote an algorithm for Charles Babbage's early mechanical general-purpose computer, the Analytical Engine.

Another interesting fact is the term ‘bug’ in programming came from an incident where an actual insect caused a malfunction in a computer. The computer pioneer Grace Hopper coined the term when she found a moth causing issues in a machine.

Coding is one of the most in-demand skills in the modern job market.

It is used for a wide range of applications across various industries like technology, healthcare, finance, and more. Coding has a profound impact on our daily lives, from the apps on our phones to the software running in cars, medical devices, and space missions.

Its applications are vast and continually expanding. It is a fascinating field that continues to grow and evolve, driving innovation and shaping the way we interact with technology.

Large software can have millions of lines of code. For example, the Windows operating system reportedly has tens of millions of lines of code.

Kids can continuously learn something new in coding.

Although our workshops are a wonderful place to begin, they’re just a starting point. Due to the fact it’s constantly evolving, new languages, frameworks and methodologies are constantly emerging.
